Come join us for dinner at The Forge on Friday November 16th for our first official ‘Pasetti & Boote’ event!

To celebrate our updated name and branding now that we have officially joined forces, we will be transforming The Forge for an evening of candle lit dining with a vegetarian menu. Dishes will revolve around ethical and seasonal produce, with simplicity at its heart. Max will of course be rolling fresh pasta, and there will most certainly be some delicious cheese involved, as well as a small natural wine list to choose from and kegs of Vinnaturo. Guests will be greeted and taken care of by Steph and the smashing P&B team as they welcome you with a drink and take care of you for the evening. Come with friends or come alone, there is always room for you at the table.

The menu is looking along these lines and will confirm to guests nearer the time:

Pickled fruit with labneh
Chanterelle toasts, chanterelle aioli 
Sauerkraut and ricotta pancakes 

Persimmon, stracchino, basil oil and pink pepper
Squash ravioli, mustard fruit and sage
Baked celeriac, oyster mushrooms, crispy kale, truffle oil and parmesan 
Cream cheese ice cream sandwich, roasted quince and pecans
