Pasetti & Boote is a private chef and catering company run by us, Max Pasetti and Stephanie Boote.
We work between London, Bristol covering all areas between and beyond from the Cotswolds to Oxfordshire. With a wealth of experience between us in events and catering and a background in London and Paris restaurants we specialise in parties, weddings and corporate events. We collaborate with others for public events, as well as popping up in various venues for ticketed events. We use seasonal, local and ethical ingredients to create our menus, offering dishes that are honest and straightforward. We take pride in balancing flavours to complement and showcase excellent produce, preserving it’s integrity.
