We make small batch cordials and shrubs using seasonal fruit and local cider vinegar and bottle them up at our central kitchen in East Bristol. They’re great topped with sparkling water (or wine). 

We currently have: ruby grapefruit cordial, chuckleberry shrub, pear and bay cordial, and oxymel (a bitter, herbal, cider vinegar and honey infusion). 

They are £15 per 500ml bottle (which makes around 15 serves). Delivery UK wide for £7, minimum 6 bottles.
